Bolt-on application or self-contained unit

The MHG's versatile design includes a bolt-on application, which improves machine stability to ensure consistent, accurate strap placement. The MHG is also available as a self-contained unit on a moveable cart.

Modular Design
The MHG's modular design consists of separate feed and seal modules that weigh less than 30 lbs each. Modules are easy to access and can be changed out quickly for routine maintenance, minimizing downtime.

Fully accessible strap path
A hinged door on the feed module provides full access to the strap path.

Adaptable to any stacker configuration
The MHG's chute can be customized to fit virtually any stacker configuration and packaging operation. The MHG can accommodate vertical or horizontal applications.

LBX-Series plastic strapping machines

The LBX-2000 offers reliable performance, low maintenance operation and the highest available speed of a general duty strapping machine. Suitable for a wide range of general applications, from mailroom operations to general carton closure, the LBX-2000 cycles up to 70 straps per minute for high speed, efficient strapping. The LBX-2000 uses 5mm or 6mm Contrax polypropylene strapping.

Innovative, fully accessible strap path

On the LBX-2000, raising the hinged tabletop opens up the chute. By lifting an easy to reach guide, the LBX-2000 features full access to the strap path.
