Dylastic Pro

Dylastic Pro strapping is designed to replace traditional embossed PP strap and semi auto as fully automated machines. Engineered and produced in Europe with patent-pending "S" type embossing providing reduction in carbon footprint, a greater strap performance and less coil changes to provide a greater production uptime.

Dylastic PCR manufactured for use with hand tools as well as our high powered strapping machines. Our Dylastic PCR strap is manufactured in Europe at our based in Manneville-sur-Risle (France) plant. 

What is PCR?

PCR is post-consumer recycled. PCR products are made from recycled plastic from discarded materials from households, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. Post-consumer waste is the world’s largest waste stream. In order to make PCR plastics, waste is converted into raw materials. This makes it a very eco-friendly solution. PCR packaging matches the quality of regular flexible packaging and can help your company reduce its carbon footprint, lessen its impact on landfills, and meet its overall sustainability goal.

PCR Resin

Dylastic Bio

Dylastic Bio PP strap is bio-based using materials containing renewable plastic, also called Bio plastic, and is made from raw vegetables. At least 40% of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process is derived from natural resources such as corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. By using certified raw materials, we help to reduce the amount of fossil-based virgin plastic, and can reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 50%.

Having the same product characteristics as our standard Dylastic PP strap, Dylastic Bio is compatible with our Signode equipment range and hand tools.
