Our Projects

  • Supporting Dinslakener Tafel e.V
A donation supported the building and sustainable development of a deep freeze house to store food. Saving food is one thing, but extending the shelf life through energy-efficient cooling or deep-freezing allows food which may be destroyed last longer and help those in need.
  • Donations to Benefit Healthcare Foundations
Donations have been made to multiple healthcare foundations and innovators, to fight cancer and also provide therapies for chronically ill children and elderly people. Donations have been made from a collective group of Signode employees fundraising via various sponsorship activities such as relays and marathons.
  • Supporting the Opening of a Kindergarden in Bulgaria
Donations were made to support the development of children of different ages, as well as becoming a reliable partner in social projects in the local area. Our contributions facilitated new classroom facilities for the local community.
  • Supporting Families in Malaysia
Donations were made to support shelter for older people who suffer from mental illness and physical disabilities.
  • Seal Rescue in Ireland
We supported Seal Rescue Ireland, a registered charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sick, injured & orphaned seals from across the coast of Ireland. The charity actively engage the public in marine conservation through education, research and community outreach program. The local plant manager was proud of Signode achievements by:  "The team at Signode Gorey proudly supports the fantastic work that Seal Rescue Ireland are doing to educate the public on the threats facing marine life and the effects of plastic pollution.  During a visit to the centre, we witnessed how much they rely on volunteer work and public /corporate donations to fund the rescue and rehabilitation of the injured and emaciated seals".
