The recent program by Agnel Institute of Technical Training & Entrepreneurship Development, in collaboration with Signode India Limited, significantly benefitted the welding community in Jamshedpur. It enhanced the technical skills of 45 welders, ensuring safety standards, productivity, and quality.

Delivered in a work-integrated mode, the program minimized downtime by blending on-the-job training with theoretical instruction. This approach developed welding competencies to meet industry standards, improved workplace safety, and enhanced efficiency, precision, and quality in welding operations.
The program fostered continuous learning and professional growth among front line packaging partners at Signode India. 

Participants, with basic welding knowledge and a willingness to learn, engaged in supervised on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and live welding demonstrations. 

The program equipped the  participants to meet industry demands with enhanced skills and knowledge.
