Automatic Anode blocks packing system

The equipment is designed for handling and enabling transporting anode blocks efficiently. The anode blocks can be arranged either one-over-the-other or side-by-side, depending on the size and shape of the blocks and the specifications of the transport vehicle or storage area. This configuration provides stability during transport.
Signode’s palletizing and strapping system provides a robust solution for unitizing and securely stacking the anode blocks. This system includes using the Signode’s Z19 and Z32 strapping heads for strapping of the blocks. This system can be customized for other block products too.
