Manufactured from virgin polyethylene, woven high density polyethylene or polypropylene, food-grade container liners are helping the transportation of dry bulk products like petrochemicals, minerals, and grains for over 30 years. When installed in a standard shipping container, it will protect various flowable dry products during transit domestically or overseas as containerized bulk.

Cost-effective and easy-to-use, food-grade container liners eliminate the need for additional packing materials, thereby helping to streamline operations. Container liners are available as film container liners or woven container liners and offer different benefits for your products protection. Great for transporting food-grade materials such as sugar and flour along with other products such as pellets, powders and lime.

Features and Benefits - Film Liners

  • Food grade quality
    Food-grade container liners are made with contaminate-free PE film that is FDA approved in accordance with ISO 22000:2005, GMP and HACCP. They consist of layers of co-extruded PE film and a mixture of LLDPE and LDPE. Our patented inflatable discharge airbags and spout constitute a true closed contamination free unloading system. These liners are airtight and water tight providing added protection for food goods such as sugar and flour.
  • Fast installation
    Our easy-to-use hanging system makes it possible to install liners in less than 30 minutes and allows more commodities to be loaded into the container. This results in time and labor savings due to efficient installation, loading, and discharge processes
  • Packing components
    The liners provide shippers with logistic and economic advantages by eliminating the need for additional packing materials such as pallets, bags and reducing warehouse space requirements.

  • High Strength
    Designed with high durability and strength to offer protection to materials which have abrasive qualities. Used for the bulk transport of pellets but sometimes also used for the bulk transport of powders, when rough unloading is needed.

    Easy to install by just one operator, allowing large amounts of rougher materials to be loaded into the container. Saving labor time and resources with efficient installation. Not only are Woven Container liners easy to install they are a cost effective solution.
  • Minimise Packaging Waste
    The liners provide shippers with reduced packaging waste especially in comparison to 25Kg bags and jumbo bags. Only one item is required, a liner which takes the space inside a shipping container.
