Stretch Wrapping & Hooding Solutions

Providing Lachenmeier® hooders, semi automatic wrappers and Octopus® automatic wrapping machines. Apply film over pallets to protect fiber and textile goods protecting loads from external elements and maintain their integrity. In wrapping textiles you are minimizing the risk of contamination from external factors such as dirt, chemicals and/or pests which is very important to maintain the integrity of the product.

Support space optimization while bringing stability and security to the bundles of produce lowering the chance of shifting or breaking apart during transport or storage. When wrapping fibers it can improve the shelf life of the product limiting the exposure to moisture and air which can cause derogation over time.

BXT Series

Empax Polypropylene (PP) Strap

Lightweight and flexible strap for fiber and textiles, easy to handle and apply, making them ideal for use with manual or semi-automatic strapping machines. This ease of use speeds up the bundling process and reduces labor time.

Polypropylene is naturally resistant to moisture, which helps protect the products from water damage during storage or transport. This is particularly important in the hay and cotton industries, where exposure to moisture could cause degradation or mold growth.

Tenax® Polyester (PET) Strap

A durable, lightweight strap designed to provide strength and durability to loads. PET straps are highly resistant to environmental factors such as moisture, UV rays, and extreme temperatures.

This makes them suitable for outdoor storage and transport, where materials like cotton and hay may be exposed to harsh conditions. PET straps won’t degrade or lose their strength as quickly as other materials might in these conditions.
