We extend our offerings to integrate with the Coil production line,  in order to optimally utilize space, provide efficient and consistent packaging. Thereby, enhancing Productivity and Operator morale. Our wide width coil packing lines are designed to provide maximum protection from dust, rust and mishandling, giving consistent pack quality and minimizing man to machine interaction. 

Coil packaging lines can contain many modules including: XYZ CoilMaster®, OD Edge Feeder, Automatic Shuttle Changeover. Body Wrapping machines, Strapping machines, Coil Picker and Placers, Down enders, Pallet Pickers and placers, Coil Cars, Saddles (Stationary / Movable), Net and Gross Weighing stations, Robotic Label Applicators, Down enders, Pneumatic Platforms. These can be integrated with IT – Level 2 systems. We also custom build the Safety Light Curtains, Safety Doors and Fencing based on the criticality of the operation keeping the safety of the equipment mechanic as paramount.
