LDX-RTB 4.0 Semiautomatic Random Case Sealers
The semiautomatic LDX-RTB 4.0 random case sealer’s provide high belt speed makes it possible to process boxes at speeds up to 155 feet per minute.
The LDX-RTB 4.0 Deluxe integrates CaseLocker™ 61 pneumatic tape cartridges for high-speed production. We provide a range of four case sealing models designed with each use case in mind; focused on different tape heads, processing under-filled cases, high speed processing and for e-commerce facilities/production.

Standard LDX-RTB 4.0
The LDX-RTB Standard semi-automatic random case sealing machine is specifically designed for demanding E-Commerce and Fulfillment applications. The LDX-RTB increases efficiency in case packaging lines through its ease of use, expansive case range and fast throughput speeds. This model comes equipped with two mechanical tape cartridges which can be interchanged between top and bottom. A modular design with easily removable side panels provides access to motor, belts, electrics, and pneumatics for easy service limiting downtime.
Deluxe LDX-RTB 4.0
The LDX-RTB Deluxe semi-automatic random case sealing machine includes all the features of the Standard model along with a pneumatic actuated upper tape cartridge for processing high levels of void and compressible overstuffed cases. The belt speed of 155FPM coupled with the top pneumatic tape cartridges ensures high speed processing of the most challenging cases maximizing throughput and uptime. Pair the Deluxe with an in-line case former to create a complete packing station.
Premium LDX-RTB 4.0
The LDX-RTB Premium semi-automatic random case sealing machine is equipped with two pneumatic tape cartridges for high-speed operation with the ability to bypass a case where tape is not needed.
Premier LDX-RTB 4.0
Designed for e-commerce production environments the LDX-RTB Premier semi-automatic random case sealing machine includes all the features of the RTB series for processing void-filled and over-filled cases and includes additional risk reduction features. Every Premier is Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (OSHA NRTL) certified for its electronic components and is equipped with an interlocked smart physical guarding package.
