Rigid Void Fill Solutions

Dunnage Board/Wood-Kor

Formed of corrugated and wood filler that can be used to minimise damage when you are shipping different heights of units. Used when you have one unit taller than the one in front, a "step-down load". The dunnage board goes into place like a sheet, but this lightweight solution is an economical solution to plywood and has corrugated sheets buffering the wood so that it does not come into contact with your products. This lightweight yet sturdy panel provides lumber reinforcement. Available in many sizes so no cutting is required. 

Bulkhead Panels

Panel void fillers for filling lengthwise or lateral voids and pallet under hang. Available for use in boxcars, trailers or containers this void filler is often used adjacent to reduce voids for optimum airbag performance. Manufactured with glue connecting corrugated sheets creating a slab, the slap is then cut to create the kor maintaining strength. 

Filler Blocks / Shroud

Filler Blocks fill the cubic space of a pallet load of your product without the weight. Used to increase shipping capacity beyond blocks of four pallet loads in boxcars and to spread the weight distribution in intermodal shipments.
