Simpli-flex® Conveyor

Simpli-Flex conveyors are available in nearly any length with thousands of possible drive, chain, guide rail, and accessory combinations. Simpli-Flex orders are typically custom-tailored to each individual customer. System components and options include:

Tabletop Conveyor

Reliably transport via our modular system for packaged goods, cartons, pucks, pallets, and other materials through the many phases of manufacturing and packaging.

Utilizing multiple frame types and chain styles, mat top / table top conveyor systems provides customers with the ability to select a bulk-material handling system that is perfectly engineered to solve a project’s mass conveying needs.

Alpine Conveyor

The Alpine system provides customers with a buffering and elevation solution for their unique manufacturing process, designed to reliably transport packaged goods, cartons, pucks, pallets, and other materials between the many phases of manufacturing and packaging.

Side Gripping Conveyor

This solution gently elevates or lowers pucks or packaged products. This elevator/lowerator can be customized to a customer-specified elevation for discharge depending on facility and line requirements. A simple and reliable material handling solution for elevation changes in a manufacturing environment.

Using the product as an elevator, products are presented to an in-feed idle assembly and are captured with a gripper chain. The products are then securely handled and raised to a higher elevation where they are then released at the drive assembly directly onto a discharge section of the conveyor. 

When using as a lowerator, products are captured with the gripper chain and carefully lowered to a customer-specified elevation before being fed onto an attached conveyor.

Spiral Elevator

The spiral elevator is designed as a space-saving method to reliably change the elevation of packaged goods, cartons, pucks, pallets, and other materials during the phases of manufacturing and packaging.

Providing a continuous product flow during line elevation changes. The system operates with a 36” centerline, the smallest spiral footprint in the industry. The Simpli-Flex Spiral Elevator is easily adaptable for different products and is available in an optional stainless steel washdown configuration depending on project requirements.

Lift Gate

The Lift Gate conveyor creates a pedestrian aisleway for material handling lines in locations that require backside access. The gate features a counter-weight and pneumatic pistons to make lifting the gate easy.

Available as an independent unit, or with upstream product stops and controls, this modular conveyor opening is the easiest method to add an aisleway to an existing conveyor system.

Curing Tower

Designed to buffer 40 optical trays while providing 20/30 minutes of curing time. 

The buffering action of the vertical accumulator allows for an uninterrupted manufacturing process which results in greater machine utilization. These machines are typically used between the optical blocking and generating process. The buffer capacity and speed of the tower can be adjusted to provide the optimum curing duration between processes.

Tray Elevator

A conveyor which connects various areas of the facility without taking up valuable floor space. Our solution including the in-feed and discharge elevations can be customized based on customer needs.

Tray Stacker

A fully automated tray stacker / destacker designed to carefully stack and unstack electronic trays at the beginning and end of an electronics production line.

A solution with a touchscreen interface to load or unload products with custom machine sizes available for larger trays. 

Twin Strand Conveyor

The twin strand conveyor provides maximum tray stability and tight 90° turns. Its compact design and unique pop-up conveyor transfer devices allow trays to be diverted or recombined over a very short distance. RFID readers, bladder stops, pneumatic pushers, and other devices can also be easily added to the system.
