SMB INO 4.0

The inline strapper with the availability of a square strapper, SMB INO 4.0 has up to 5000 bundle recipes and is designed with up time in mind. Functions such as strap end detection, strap coil detection and an exclusive eject function to avoid strap jams are all part of the SMB INO 4.0. The machine has upstream and downstream interlocks with a complete plug connection.

  • Automatic Strap Functions
    Automatic strap threading, automatic strap tensioning as well as a strap coil detection with a yellow lamp. As well as an adjustable conveyor system. 
  • ICS Intelligent Compression System
     Intelligent Compression System - the parameters for this are set via sophisticated sensors or recipe information from the higher-level control system. The modules have a high performance for short cycle times being economical as electric use is based on GreenTech.
