SMB PRO-X
The fully automatic cross-strapping machine with screwed plexiglass side doors and robust design aimed for maximum flexibility and adaptability. This powerful machine has upstream and downstream interlocks with complete plug connection and an adjustable conveyor speed with up to 5000 bundle recipes. The machine comes with an operational power to indicate immediate operation and failures, with the ability to capture information via Ethernet and USB connection.

- Direct-Access Technology
Direct access to the strap in the strap drive is possible, leading to quick opening without tools via a control lever. This results in a speedy and time efficient method for operators to deal with any possible errors; work continues instantly following the strap drive being shut. - Anti-Strap Loss Function
The strap no longer gets lost in the machine and is permanently available for the function modules. The machine is thus resilient to malfunction in the production process, which in turn increases the machine availability. - Long Term Reliability
