VSM-Z20
The VSM-Z20 a standalone or retrofit strapping machine fitted with Z20 modular strapping heads supports strapping. The low wear stainless steel chute flaps in combination with side mounted indexing head carriage minimise maintenance needs whilst providing optimum retained strap tension.

- Flexible Design
The small footprint of the VSM enables easy and fast retrofitting of a press, in a few days, with modern strapping technology. It can be located close to the compaction arms of the press. It can be used for simple cover strapping or as a stand-alone machine as well. For some applications an optional bottom batten magazine and lifter can be supplied. The robust design enables easy adaption of the VSM to many customer strapping lines. - Customer and Operator Friendly

The simple and robust design coupled with the modular Z20 heads low service needs and reduced moving parts providing a low TCO and reduced servicing needs of the VSM. The integrated head floating assembly provides the accurate repeatable tension from the Z20 head is applied and maintained and provide for stable, transportable lumber packages.
