The LD-16AE Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer gives you the speed and flexibility you need. This machine seals the top and bottom of the case without the use of an operator. The LD-16AE automatically adjusts to the case height and width. Photo eyes are used to detect the box height. A servo driven linear actuator is used to lower the tape head, this gives you the flexibility to easily add box sizes. Up to 9 programmable height positions are available. Additional heights can be programmed depending on application. This is a go-to machine for egg producers, who require a great deal of flexibility. Customers are continually changing box sizes for product differential. Egg graders have increased the number of cartons per minute they produce, driving the demand for more throughput from the case sealer.
